Miss Ng Hong Duan obtained her LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and subsequently completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) at the University of Malaya. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs. W.K. Yap, Loo & Co. and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1997.
She began her legal career as a Legal Assistant with Messrs. Toh Theam Hock & Co., where she practiced for over a decade, gaining extensive experience particularly in conveyancing and corporate transactions.

With 27 years of continuous practice, Miss Ng currently serves as the firm’s Managing Partner for the Taiping and Kuala Kangsar branches.

Her areas of legal expertise include:

  • Conveyancing and Property Law – Handling high-volume residential and commercial real estate transactions, lease agreements, and property development advisory.
  • Banking and Finance – Acting for financial institutions in preparing loan and security documentation.
  • Corporate and Commercial Law – Advising SMEs and corporations on business structuring, compliance, and transactional matters.
  • Civil Litigation - Advising and representing clients in disputes involving contracts, negligence, property rights, and enforcement proceedings.

In addition to her legal practice, Miss Ng is actively engaged in community and religious organizations and serves as Legal Advisor to the following bodies:
