Cik Siti Nuraisyah graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2022 and completed her pupillage with Messrs. Zain Megat & Murad. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2024. Her exposure to conveyancing during pupillage developed into a core area of professional interest.
She subsequently joined Messrs. K.H. Ong & Ng in August 2024.

She advises clients on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, including sub-sale and developer projects. Her work involves drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), tenancy agreements, documents relating to the cancellation of SPAs and loan facilities, as well as transfer documents. She maintains regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and bankers to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of transactions.
She is also experienced in both Islamic and conventional banking law, preparing financing documentation for retail and commercial transactions. She works closely with major financial institutions and other relevant third parties to ensure compliance with applicable banking standards and legal requirements.
On a personal note, Cik Aisyah enjoys travelling and hiking, and her favourite movie is Pitch Perfect.
