Puan Jazizana Binti Abdul Aziz

Puan Jazizana Binti Abdul Aziz was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2000 after completing her pupillage at Messrs. Baharuddin Ali C Co. under the guidance of Mr. Al-Sabri Bin Haji Ahmad Kabri. During her chambering, she was primarily involved in conveyancing matters, gaining extensive exposure in handling sale and purchase transactions for residential and commercial properties, as well as preparing security documentation for both conventional and Islamic financing facilities.

In 2001, she joined Messrs. Siti Haja Teh, Azreen C Khuan as an Associate and was subsequently promoted to Partner in 2014. Over the course of her tenure, she developed substantial expertise in real estate, banking, and finance matters. Her responsibilities included drafting and advising on sale and purchase agreements for both sub-sale transactions and direct purchases from developers, as well as handling security documentation for a wide range of local and foreign banks and financial institutions, including Malayan Banking Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, and Public Bank Berhad, among others.

She also regularly advised and represented prominent property developers, including leading industry players such as Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) and ICP Development Sdn. Bhd. Her work involved providing legal opinions and strategic advice on issues arising from property transactions, compliance with the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act, and various other real estate and financing-related matters.

In April 2023, she joined Messrs. Tan Norizan C Associates as a Senior Associate, where she was entrusted with managing the firm’s Real Estate and Banking C Finance practice.

With effect from 1 July 2026, she joined Messrs. K H Ong C Ng as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, where she continues to focus on conveyancing, real estate, and banking and finance matters. Leveraging over 25 years of legal experience, she advises individuals, developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on a broad spectrum of property transactions and financing matters, with particular emphasis on delivering practical, commercially sound, and client-focused legal solutions.
