Cik Nurul Najihah Binti Roszeman graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam in 2018. She completed her pupillage at Messrs. K.H. Ong & Ng, Kuala Kangsar, and was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 2020.
She joined the firm as a Legal Assistant at the Kuala Kangsar office in February 2020. Her dedication, legal acumen, and professionalism led to her appointment as a Partner in the Taiping office in 2022.
Her legal practice encompasses the following key areas:
- General Conveyancing
- Advises clients on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties. Drafts and reviews Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), tenancy agreements, and transfer documents. Handles property transactions for both sub-sale and developer projects.
- Islamic and Conventional Banking Law
- Prepares financing documents for Islamic and conventional banking transactions, including retail and commercial loans. Works closely with major financial institutions to ensure compliance with banking standards and legal requirements.
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Provides legal guidance in the application of probate, letters of administration, and distribution of estates. Advises clients on wills, estate planning, and inheritance issues in accordance with Syariah and civil law principles.
- General Civil Litigation
- Represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including contractual claims, tort actions, and debt recovery. Offers strategic advice and court representation in both lower and superior courts.
