Miss Hailey Hong Pei Fen graduated from the University of London and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
She read in chambers at Abbas & Ngan and was subsequently retained as a conveyancing lawyer. She later practised at Kuek, Ong & Associates before joining K H Ong & Ng, where she currently practises in the area of conveyancing.
Hailey’s practice encompasses a broad range of conveyancing and banking matters, including subsale and project property transactions, loan documentation, SME financing, perfection of transfer and charge, and land office procedures. She has experience handling transactions involving multiple land titles, varying land use categories, registrar’s caveats, and coordinating with developers, financial institutions, and the relevant authorities to facilitate the smooth completion of transactions.
In addition to her conveyancing practice, Pei Fen also advises on tenancy-related matters and assists clients in the preparation of tenancy agreements, wills, and other ancillary legal documentation. She is committed to delivering practical, efficient, and detail-oriented legal services, placing particular emphasis on responsiveness, clear communication, and providing clients with effective legal solutions.
