Miss Ong Qi Juan graduated with First Class Honours in Law (LL.B Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2014. She completed her legal training at the Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan Malaysia (ILKAP) and thereafter commenced her pupillage with Messrs. K.H. ONG & NG.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2015 and was subsequently retained by the firm as a Legal Associate. In 2017, she was appointed as a Partner in the Kuala Kangsar office. Her legal acumen and commitment to community service are reflected in her appointments as Legal Advisor to:

Conveyancing Law – Specializing in the sale, purchase, financing, and leasing of both residential and commercial properties. She regularly advises on property development, title transfers, and legal due diligence for real estate transactions.
Banking and Loan Documentation – Preparing and advising on legal documentation for retail and commercial loans, including government-backed schemes.
General Non-contentious Litigation - Application for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, including resealing of foreign grants and advising on estate distribution under the Distribution Act 1958, preparation and filing of applications for Distribution Orders at the Department of the Director General of Lands and Mines (JKPTG) for estates valued under RM2 million, drafting and filing of Joint Petitions for Divorce, including settlement agreements on custody, maintenance, and division of matrimonial assets, and applications for Court Orders including order for sale under the Partition Act, name change, and other non-contentious civil applications.
