Mr. Lee Kai Wen obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Multimedia University in 2021. He chambered with Messrs. K.H. Ong & Ng and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023. In the same year, he was appointed as a Partner and now serves as the Managing Partner for both the Taiping and Kuala Kangsar offices.

General Conveyancing (Sub Sale and Developer Projects) Provides end to end services in real estate transactions including drafting and reviewing SPAs, tenancy agreements, deeds of assignment and perfection of title. Represents developers in large scale housing and commercial developments
Islamic and Conventional Banking
Acts for financial institutions and borrowers in the preparation of loan documentation including charge documents, facility agreements and assignments of rights. Handles Islamic home financing documentation in accordance with Shariah principles

As Managing Partner, oversees the operation and administration of both Taiping and Kuala Kangsar offices, ensuring efficiency, compliance and client satisfaction across practice areas
